We understand plans can change. To keep things fair for both customers and drivers, here's how cancellations work.
1. Free cancellation
Cancel your booking free of charge if done at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Refunds for pre-paid trips are processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
2. Late cancellation
Cancellations made less than 12 hours but more than 3 hours before pickup incur a flat fee of ₹300. This helps compensate drivers who have already set aside time for your ride.
3. Very late / no-show
Cancellations within 3 hours of pickup, or no-shows, incur ₹500 or the driver's travelled fuel expense as a cancellation charge. This ensures fairness to drivers who have committed to your route.
4. How to cancel
Cancel any booking by calling our customer support: 94999 22073, or message us on WhatsApp.
5. Refund process
Refunds for eligible cancellations are automatically processed to your original payment method.
